In 2016 Torkelson Properties was started due to the need for affordable housing in Eagle Grove. We are currently working on some downtown upper story apartments which include a two-bedroom apartment and a three-bedroom apartment.

All the amenities of down town, Fareway, parks, and much more all within walking distance. If everything goes as planned these will be renting in January 2023.

Don't forget about your four legged friends, they are part of the family too... We allow pets with a refundable pet deposit.

Having a issue with anything in your place? Feel free to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we have maintenance staff on call at all hours.

Lease details:

A deposit of one month rent
is required at the beginning of the lease agreement, along with the first months rent.

Rent is due the first of the month,
there is a 3 day grace period.

This Deposit will be returned to tenant once tenant moves out and leaves unit same as move in date.

A pet deposit of $500.00 is required if pets are moving in also. This will be refunded if there is no damage done by the pet.
